FREE MEMBER MEET UP! Shop early and shop local! Join us for a cozy evening at Bookends & Beginnings(1620 Orrington Avenue), on Tuesday, December 3, at 6PM. Store founder, owner, and published author Nina Barrett will sit down with us and share her book picks for great gift giving this year. Enjoy beverages and some lite bites. Food will be provided by the WCE and wine, beer, and canned cocktails may be purchased at their bar. Following the presentation, you will have the opportunity to stroll the aisles and do some holiday shopping. This event is open to our members and friends. We are happy to host this event which has become an annual tradition! Registration is required and limited to 50 attendees. Contact Kate Spector to be put on the wait list. PLEASE NOTE- Kindly check your email from Club Express after you have registered for this event. Then, you know you are registered. We have had some problems when members register for a club event but have not completed the registration form. Hope to see you there!

Volunteer with Evanston Schools Children‘s Clothing Association at D65 headquarters to help children and their parent or guardian select school clothes. Registration is required under Volunteer Opportunities.

Get together to cut, iron and sew aromatherapy hearts for preemies and socialize while we sew. Come anytime between 10 AM and 2 PM. Group lunch at noon.

Let’s Aprés Ski in the Alps!

Channel your inner snow bunny at the Club’s Aprés Ski pop-up lounge. Picture yourself slopeside in San Moritz savoring hearty appetizers, bubbly and a cozy signature drink. Grab your vintage or la mode Alpine après ski attire and enjoy an evening filled with laughter, friendship, and a few words from our President, Angela Valavanis.

Cost: $45 or $55 (thank you) your choice.
Note: The estimated cost of the event is $72 per person.

Donations have offset some of the costs.
Drink tickets will be available for cash or Venmo.

Join other Club members for a lively discussion of this month‘s book selection. Books include popular fiction and non-fiction and classics. The group usually meets on the first floor of the Clubhouse in the Members‘ Room from 7-9 p.m. Refreshments and snacks are welcome.

Prepare and distribute meals to guests at the First Presbyterian Church‘s Souper Saturday. Volunteers select from two shifts. The first shift between 10:30-11:30 is meal preparation. The second shift between 11:30-12:30 is meal distribution. Registration is required. Sign up under volunteer opportunities.
