Q: Do I need to pick a table?
A: No need to pick and fill a dinner table this year since dinner will not be a sit-down affair. Pick a casino table instead! Mingle and dine without the stress. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options will be available.
Q: Where should I park?
A: You may park in the lot on Church Street just east of Chicago Ave. for $5.00 for 2-4 hours.
Q: Do I have to register on Silent Auction Pro?
A: Yes! You do need to be registered on Silent Auction Pro as this is the system we will use to record your purchases if you decide to bid on a silent auction item, buy into a fun party, or raise your paddle. The system will assign your bidder number automatically. It will bill your credit card on file and will provide you with the receipt you'll need for tax purposes.
Q: Why is Silent Auction Pro asking me to create a user id?
A: You need a user id to log in to receive a bidder ID and see the auction items you want to bid on. If you have a user id from last year you can use that and if you are having trouble getting logged in, please use the "forgot my password" link.
Q: When will Buy-in parties be available for purchase?
A: Buy-in parties will be available for purchase on the mobile bidding app starting at 6:30 p.m. on May 4. We will continue to sell spots until they are gone. If you are not at the benefit you may purchase spots using the online bidding starting at 6:30 p.m.
Q: Do I have to be at the Benefit to bid on silent auction items?
A: No, if you can't make it to the Benefit, you may bid online by setting up an ID without purchasing a ticket. From the ticket sales link, leave all entries blank and choose the drop down for payment "PayPal," click next, follow the prompts to log into your account from last year or to create a new account.
