The WCE calendar boasts a variety of day and evening social activities for women from 25 to 100.

Innovators
Since its formation in 1889, the Woman's Club of Evanston has taken a lead role in supporting and bettering its community. For more than a century, the WCE has
provided both inspiration and seed money for projects and institutions we now take for granted, including Evanston Hospital and the first Visiting Nurses Association.
The same spirit that developed a community kitchen with meal delivery service during the 1918 influenza epidemic is at work in the greater Chicago community today.
