The Woman's Club of Evanston can be rented for business meetings, corporate gatherings, fund raising activities, wedding ceremonies and receptions,
bar and bat mitzvahs, memorial services and most other personal and corporate events.

The Ballroom
The two-story 42' x 71' ballroom dominates the 2nd floor and can be set for dinner or in theater-style for corporate presentations. The ballroom can
accommodate up to 250 guests for a sit-down dinner without a dance floor and 220 guests with a dance floor. The ballroom has beautiful hardwood
floors for dancing and an adjacent enclosed sun-porch for cocktail service, as well as a stage that is perfect for band set-ups and presentations.
The Tea Room and Music Room
The first floor tea room is 45' x 38' with an adjacent 22' x 40' music room. The first floor can accommodate up to 150 guests with seating in both rooms
for dinner without a dance floor. By using the adjacent music room for dancing, 120 guests can be seated in the tea room for dinner. The music room
is often set in theater-style seating for corporate presentations. The first floor also offers a beautiful enclosed sun porch perfect for cocktail service.
Pricing
Rental rates depend on the size of the event and the space required for the rental. Rentals are for five hours and all events must conclude by 12:00 midnight.
The caterer, florist, band and other set-ups may arrive up to three hours before the start of the event at no charge. Both floors have a piano, public address
system and a pull down movie screen. The Club provides tables, chairs, china, flatware, and other tableware at no charge.
Catering
The Club maintains a list of 11 preferred caterers. Food and bar service must be provided by one of the Club's approved caterers.
Saving the Date
Dates are held for 2 weeks, pending a signed contract and deposit.
Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the base rental charge is due at the time of the signing of the rental contract.
