FAIRY TALE TRAIL 2011

Mermaids, wizards, princesses and safari guides will welcome children to the Fairy Tale Trail’s popular lineup

of interactive rooms, which feature costumed storybook characters and sensory-stimulating activities

that will engage and enchant children with and without special needs.

The fully accessible, fantasy-filled labyrinth is a fun, non-frightening alternative to the typical Halloween open house.

Children are encouraged to join in the fun by coming in costume.

The WCE’s Fairy Tale Trail will be open to the public on Friday, Oct. 28, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.,

and on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The cost per person (adult or child) is $5.00.

Tickets can be purchased at the door.  

Attendees also can buy light snack items and refreshments at the Trail’s Pumpkin Patch Café.

The Woman’s Club of Evanston is located at 1702 Chicago Ave., Evanston.

Metered street parking, lot and garage are conveniently located within walking distance of the club.
